You can request an absentee ballot by printing
this form. Requests for a mailed absentee ballot are due Tuesday,
September 7.

to the DCDSC website! Here you can learn more about the DC Democratic State
Committee, stay informed about DCDSC events and find out how to get involved
with the DC Democrats. The District of Columbia Democratic State Committee
(“DCDSC”) is the Democratic Party of the District of Columbia and, as such, the
official arm of the national Democratic Party (the Democratic National Committee
- “DNC”) in the DC jurisdiction. The majority of members of the DCDSC are
elected in the Democratic Presidential Primary every four years.
The purpose of the DC Democratic State
Committee is to
elect Democrats to all levels of government and to promote the platform of the
Democratic Party, which is predominantly to allow access to all rights of US
citizenship for DC residents.
One of the fundamental purposes of the
Democratic Party of the District of Columbia is to participate with Democrats
across America in the selection of the Democratic nominee for President of the
United States. The District of Columbia Democratic State Committee is
chartered by the Democratic National Committee as the governing arm of the
Democratic Party in DC.
